This would be the most recent book that I have read.  It is written my Shawn Phillips, brother of EAS founder Bill Phillips.  This book covers most nearly every aspect of fitness and nutrition on how to achieve a great body.  It is probably the most complete book covering both aspects of learning how to get that body one always wants.

 
 
 
 
 
 
This book was the very first actual book I read covering the aspects of fitness and nutrition.  It is about the Body-for-Life challenge, which is a 12 week challenge where one tries to achieve the best body they can within that time period.  This book tells the meal plans and weight lifting routines that should be done to acquire a good body.

 
 
 
 
I actually have not even read this book yet, but I am planning on getting to it one of these days.  What I have heard about it though, is that it covers fitness and nutrition, and then it also gets into a more mental aspect of these things as well.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
This is not the actual bible that I use, but the bible is the most important book to me, and it should be to everyone else as well.  One's life should revolve around the Bible's teachings.
